It happened – doughnuts have gone vegan! Famous for its gourmet sourdough doughnuts, now coconut butter and chia seeds have replaced butter and eggs while glazes and fillings are made with oat milk, dark chocolate and silken tofu.
As with all Crosstown locations, they have partnered with Caravan Coffee Roasters to offer a rotating single origin bean alongside a daily market blend. Pick from coffee and other hot drinks (Tombo matcha, Prana agave chai, Mork hot chocolate, Zig Zag tea) with a variety of dairy alternatives including soy, oat, coconut, cashew and almond (there will be no dairy on-site).
