Suitcase Series: Daisy Knatchbull, Founder Of The Deck London

The Deck London is the first all-female tailor on the esteemed Savile Row. At its helm is founder Daisy Knatchbull.

Daisy always knew she wanted to work in fashion, cutting her teeth in fashion journalism, styling, and PR. It was only when she moved to notable mens tailor, Huntsman, that she identified the gap in the womenswear market for modern tailoring, borrowing from the made-to-measure traditions of menswear. The Deck London’s USP was realised.

When she isn’t turning out the most soigné women in London’s W1 postcode, Daisy loves to travel – “because it truly inspires, rejuvenates and is a remedy for all the worries and stress of daily life. It is a crucial part of life, if you are able to do it!”

From trawling Instagram for inspiration, to packing her own brand’s playing cards (for hours of entertainment), we delve into Daisy Knatchbull’s travel psyche…
