VISIT THIS Advent Feast At The Basilica, St Stephen's Basilica, Budapest

In need of a little Christmas cheer? The Advent Feast at St Stephens Basilica, which boasts more than 100 artisan and gastronomic vendors, is just the ticket. The Christmas market is rich with popular fair food, as well as many culinary delicacies, and each day a beautiful light show is projected on the facade of the Basilica. SHOP THIS Sophie Bille Brahe Fontaine Nuit Pearl And 14kt Gold Single Earring

This single-drop pearl earring by Sophie Bille Brahe is elegance personified. Featuring clusters of varying freshwater pearls – which resemble droplets of water – this is essentially a work of art you can wear. Handcrafted in Thailand, this refined piece is best worn alone, balanced by a single pearl stud on your other lobe.

EAT THIS Lina Stores

Celebrate Christmas the Italian way with Lina Stores. We’re squirrelling away their panettone and traditional Italian confectionery (hello, torrone) for the holidays – plus rations of pasta for those cosy evenings in front of the fire. Their Brewer Street delicatessen (where they’ve been trading for over 75 years) is a sight to behold at this time of year – pop in in person to boost your festive cheer.
