In addition to your full English breakfast, offered complimentary each morning, choose between dinner at the exceptional Michelin starred Restaurant Hywel Jones or opt for a less formal setting at The Brasserie, tucked within hotel’s walled garden, depending on the date of your stay. The former, Chef Hywel Jones’ Michelin-starred restaurant is an out-and-out elegant affair. Then there’s the Brasserie, which boasts a more relaxed atmosphere, complete with open kitchen, a wood-burning stove, and views of the garden. (Psst: on the second night of your stay, you’ll be tucking into a superlative three course a la carte dinner with your plus one in The Brasserie.)
The rest of your stay is yours to enjoy at your leisure. Pay a visit to the ESPA Spa – the sumptuous indoor/outdoor hydrotherapy pool is serenity personified. Other facilities include a 20-metre indoor pool, saltwater plunge pool, five thermal cabins, a relaxation room and a studio for Yoga and Pilates. Situated within 500 acres of listed parkland, Lucknam Park is a prime spot for bucolic walks – it is also just six miles from the UNESCO World Heritage city of Bath should you wish to wander a little further.
