DECORATE WITH THIS Matilda Goad at Anthropologie

London-based brand Matilda Goad & Co. (creatively helmed by British designer Matilda Goad) has collaborated with Anthropologie on a collection of eclectic homewares which marry personality with purpose, to joyfully elevate the everyday.

Fusing frivolity with function, ceramic swan bottle holders and oversized metallic cherry ice buckets lend a whimsical touch to a drink’s cabinet or tabletop. Gingham trays and a foldable tray table, perfect for serving coffee, tea, or cocktails; scalloped detailing, found on Goad’s iconic lampshades, has been applied to rugs; and the designer’s first foray into furniture, comprising a marble-topped circular dining table with a contrasting, bulbous rattan base and a heart-shaped rattan chair inspired by a style Goad saw at a Paris flea market years ago.

SHOP THIS Profumi Luchino X Luke Edward Hall

British artist and designer Luke Edward Hall delivers us five fragrances with Profumi Luchino designed to envelop you in their scent and take you on a journey to the artist’s most well-loved destinations: The Cotswolds, Marrakech, Rajasthan, Big Sur, and Venice. A marvellous adventure begins, just in time for Autumn season.  Visiting each of these places, Luke Edward Hall was overwhelmed and enchanted by the scents, and playing on the memory of these sensations he found inspiration for the fragrances. For each of these places in the real world, Luke Edward Hall has designed an imaginary dwelling: five buildings which symbolise the romantic atmospheres that each fragrance evokes. Fox Thicket Folly speaks of the Cotswolds, La Gazelle d’Or of Marrakech, Rajathra Palace of Rajasthan, Rain Rock Creek of Big Sur and Palazzo Centauro of Venice. Each item is hand-finished from the cylindrical candle porcelain containers to the incense holder, lidded candle urn and box.
