They may be known for their carbon neutral beef, but Argentinian restaurant Gaucho is swapping its steaks for an entirely vegan Sustainable Supper Club every Wednesday evening this month and featuring salads and herbs from London-based hydroponic farm Crate to Plate. Offering a three-course meal at Gaucho Charlotte Street for just £40, inclusive of a welcome drink and canapés, you can expect three innovative dishes to tantalise your tastebuds this Veganuary: King Oyster Mushroom ‘Scallops’, Zapalla Anco Gnocchi and Brown Sugar Vegan Meringue. There’s the option to add ‘sustainable serve’ drinks too, paired for an additional £20. Veg never sounded so good.
