Sip on a tableside magnum overlooking Hyde Park? This sounds like our kind of evening. Here’s one to book in over the summer.
Our favourite Australian brand launches the second instalment of their jewellery brand, and the city of love invites you for some self-love. Dress up and wind down in this week CF Loves.
Paris is “the City of Love”. This time, show yourself some love with an indulgent four-hour treatment at Brach Hotel, located in the 16th arrondissement. Brach’s Clarins spa has partnered with holistic wellness expert, Celine Benche, to create an exclusive four hour urban retreat using the Harawell Method, a way of finding or re-establishing inner balance. By taking the pulse, a complete and precise analysis of the physical, energetic and emotional state of being is carried out. Begin with an in-depth examination of your lifestyle, with a deep-dive into your general state of health allowing for tailored recommendations in a personalised programme. Rebalancing energy is at the core of the Harwell Method. The OEM “Protocol Source” (Ortho Energy Method created by Dr Christian Roche) is based on the body’s energetic geography and works by precisely stimulating points and areas of the skin to release physical and emotional blockages and improve energy circulation. Céline Benche and her team will leave guests with a feeling of well-being, receptiveness and inner peace that will last well beyond the four hours and four stages of the treatment.

The LOEWE Paula’s Ibiza collection has returned, a homage to the liberating summer spirit that defines Ibiza, the island where music catalyses creative energies into an all-encompassing, laid- back lifestyle. The two scents in the collection are innately transportive, made to create an escapist, olfactory portal to the hedonistic freedoms of the White Isle—relaxing and having fun in the sun by day, and partying by night. The original LOEWE Paula’s Ibiza EDT is an irreverent composition, with beachy notes of mandarin, driftwood, frangipane, sand lily and patchouli oil while the LOEWE Paula’s Ibiza Eclectic EDT is hedonistic and wild with notes of orange flower absolute, jasmine sambac, incense, sandalwood and musk. Both feature delectable gourmand notes of vanilla and coconut. The scents are joined by a Body Lotion featuring the Eclectic fragrance, which is designed to be applied liberally to immerse the body in fresh, summery scent while nourishing the skin with light and aquatic hydration.

Our favourite Australian brand Zimmermann has launched their second demi-fine jewellery collection in two parts, Form and Light. With an emphasis on luminosity, creative director Nicky Zimmermann was inspired by the artwork of Rupert Bunny – an Australian artist from the turn of the last century – when designing the pieces. Form instills beauty in the every day with a collection of bold, sculptural gold pieces “drawn out into long silhouettes to create gestural points to evoke the static lines of the impressionist movement”, while Light is a much more extravagant affair using raw and cut rock crystal mixed with iridescent opalite, drawing on the French bourgeoisie and pulling inspiration from “motifs of ornate cut crystal, delicate chandeliers and the appreciation of light as an impressionist artist.” While the well-recognised dresses are heavier in pricing, Zimmermann’s jewellery offering is a whole lot more affordable than you might expect, with prices starting at £125.
