We set out to elevate a conversation that is often neglected, with a panel of leading experts from Kensington & Chelsea Hospital, to a consultant obstetrician specialising in trauma-informed care and maternal mental health, to a leading sleep consultant.

We navigated the unspoken moments — the fatigue, the joy, the uncertainty — and explored the most meaningful question of all, how do we truly support partners and friends through it all?
