PACE at The Peligoni Club
One of 2024’s most talked-about retreats in Europe, The Peligoni Club’s acclaimed five-day beach club retreat returns for 2025 and, due to overwhelming demand, there are now three dates available (one in May and two in October). PACE is so named as the non-rigid programme is designed to help you pick and choose your own ‘wellness pace’, and there’s so much to choose from: yoga classes, breathwork, gong baths and crystal sound healing, cold water therapy, watersports, and high-intensity classes including cycling, running and swimming, all overseen by world-leading practitioners. Guests are treated to sociable lunches, and epic long-table feasts (with plenty of rosé) too, and there’s also deeply restorative massages, physiotherapy and reflexology on offer, together with creative workshops, from beautiful crafts to holistic herbalism.
Heritage Le Telfair Wellness & Spa, Mauritius
Yogis rejoice! The sun-soaked Heritage Le Telfair Golf & Wellness Resort in Mauritius has teamed up with sustainable yoga brand Wellicious to offer a rejuvenating retreat from 7 to 11 February 2025. Exclusively for guests staying in the hotel’s new Adult-Only Wing, beachfront yoga sessions will be led by renowned British yoga instructor Tara Lee, and are designed to stretch your body and rejuvenate your mind – whatever your yoga experience. The retreat is in addition to Heritage Le Telfair’s already impressive complimentary wellness programme, which includes Pilates, aqua tai chi, aerial yoga, and breathwork. Guests can also opt for the ‘Wellness Bliss’ programme, where a dedicated wellness ambassador will personalise rejuvenating experiences.
Ser Casasandra, Mexico
Ser Casasandra is not just a hotel, it’s a home – specifically that of artist Sandra Pérez, who transformed her house on one of Mexico’s most pristine islands into a peaceful retreat for wellness seekers to also enjoy. That cosseting setting – plus the thrill of feeling the sand between your toes – makes the on-site Ahal Holistic Center (the first of its kind on Holbox) an enchanting spiritual oasis for retreat beginners, with renowned therapists helping you reconnect, reset, and plan for the future. A highlight for 2025 is the Experiential Retreat: Awakening The Heart in June – a three day experience that is designed to realign your thoughts on relationships (both with others and yourself). Your time will be packed with guided meditations, trauma release exercises, art therapy and sound healing sessions, helping to strengthen your overall wellbeing.
The Nautilus, Maldives
Lost Lindenberg, Bali
Situated on Bali’s secluded black lava-sand beach in Pekutatan, Lost Lindenberg offers a breathtakingly beautiful (and unique) surf retreat that is also rightly celebrated for its ‘leave no trace’ mentality. On the three- or five-day beachside retreats, guests can enjoy surf lessons at the nearby Medewi Point – which is known as home to Bali’s longest wave – alongside yoga classes, signature Balinese massages and the option of other activities like river tours, diving, and snorkelling. Throughout your stay, you’ll sleep in jungle-surrounded treehouse-style accommodation and find a real sense of community through communal dining experiences and beach clean-up opportunities. It’s the sort of retreat that’s perfect for more restless souls (who find meditation hard) and the environmentally conscious traveller. You’ll marvel at the tranquility around you, while getting that all-important sense of adventure as you ride the famous Bali waves.
