Six New London Spa Experiences To Try This February

Discover the latest London spa experiences to enhance your zen, with our spa news round-up.

Proving that wellness really is booming in the UK capital, here are six of the hottest new spa offerings you won’t want to miss. Including a brand new hotel spa in Fitzrovia and multiple high-tech treatments you can’t get anywhere else.

Damu at Mandrake

Fitzrovia – get ready for your fluffy spa robes: The Mandrake finally has a spa. Called Damu, after the Sumerian god of healing, we’d argue that nowhere else in London has quite its blend of ancient wellness-inspired therapies and high-tech facilities. A highlight includes the unique multi-sensory hydrotherapy experience called the Wavess Wellness Pool (pictured) that combines sound, light and vibration-based therapies as well as zero-gravity flotation for advanced mental and physical relaxation that’s like ‘being back in the womb’.

There are treatment rooms offering high-tech treatments such as BBL Moxi laser and Skinpen Collagen Stimulation plus botanical-themed relaxation areas and thermal experiences, including a sauna. The space boasts another unusual feature for a UK spa too – a candlelit Mud Rasul. A bit like a hammam, this is the space for a traditional Arabian full body treatment that uses mud, salt scrubs, steam and heat to cleanse your skin. The only drawback? There are only 12 guests allowed at a time in the whole spa. So you’ll want to book in fast to secure your spot.

The Landmark London: Sparkling Moments

The new Sparkling Moments package at The Landmark London is the perfect half-day spa experience, and it’s already becoming one of our top picks for couples or friends for a special occasion, such as Valentine’s Day or birthdays, as it’s designed for two. In particular, it gives you two hours of rare access to the Marylebone-based hotel’s rest and rejuvenation hub, centred around the 15-metre heated swimming pool – which also happens to be chlorine-free, so you don’t have to worry about the water stripping your hair or skin.

Spend your time enjoying the other spa facilities including the sauna, jacuzzi and Technogym-stocked gym too, before flopping into one of the treatment rooms for an indulgent 25-minute back massage or facial treatment, using leading European skincare brand Germaine de Capuccini. Then, to finish your time in the spa with a flourish (and ensure the experience lives up to its name), you can enjoy a glass of Champagne (and snacks) together in the Landmark Champagne Bar; something that makes the whole experience feel even more special.

Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane

Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is celebrating its 55th anniversary in 2025, and it’s marking the occasion in style at its spa, with not one, not two, but three new spa partners. The partnerships are with leading skincare brands Omorovicza, Cellcosmet and Philosophia Botanica, meaning your skin will thank you for booking. A highlight though, is the UK-exclusive launch of Cellcosmet’s SwissCellSpa Experience, which delivers collagen-infused facials for exceptional hydration, firming, and radiance.

There’s a renewed focus on ‘Regenerative Wellness’ throughout the space too. That means a visit to the 10th floor spa, with panoramic views of Hyde Park, can now treat mental and physical wellbeing at its source, rather than just delivering some lovely but lightweight pampering. The approach is powered by a combination of high-tech devices, tried-and-tested rituals, tailored skincare, and the spa’s already famous vitality pools and skylit saunas.

GROUND Wellbeing at Jumeirah Carlton Tower

The spa at Jumeirah Carlton Tower is often a source of the latest treatments in London, and that’s continuing to be true in early 2025. The Knightsbridge-based hotel is the first in the world to offer the new Skin Biome from GROUND Wellbeing – an Irish skincare brand known for its sustainable, natural ethos.

The 90-minute facial aims to address the causes of your skin concerns and, rather than cutting out steps to avoid irritating sensitive skin, it provides a new, innovative approach for soothing sensitised complexions using therapeutic massage techniques and cooling therapy. The Jet Lag massage ritual is another must-try, perfect for rejuvenating you after a busy period of travelling, as is the gorgeous cabana-lined pool that’s long been a favourite site for rest and rejuvenation in London.

ESPA Life at Corinthia London

ESPA Life at Corinthia London is already a much-loved destination among the capital’s best spas, offering a luxurious cocoon away from the fast-paced city. Now, with an extended spa menu in partnership with Augustinus Bader, the experience is elevated. The skincare brand is already beloved by celebrities, including Victoria Beckham, and the new, specialised facial and body treatments extend beyond a simple face cleaning or generic massage techniques.

There’s the Jet Lag Glow Facial for frequent travellers in need of a facial contouring massage; the indulgent 75-minute Longevity Facial complete with LYMA laser therapy; and even bespoke eye and full body treatments. Consider it the perfect way to try the trending skincare brand while having a luxurious pamper. Not least because post-treatment you can enjoy the expansive spa’s swimming pool, glass amphitheatre sauna, steam room, experience showers, and heated marble loungers too.

Winter Glow at The Retreat at The Londoner

Rest and relaxation is now even better in the centre of London (just off Leicester Square), thanks to The Retreat at The Londoner’s new Winter Glow package (which is available until March). Specifically designed to combat the winter blues and restore skin radiance, the experience is like a comforting hug for your body (and mind). The treatment combines the latest skin-boosting tech (namely the latest CurrentBody Series 2 LED Light Therapy Mask) with Omorovicza’s signature full-body massage, and there’s the additional option of a Drip Hydration IV Infusion that supercharges your energy levels while you relax in one of The Londoner’s signature poolside private cabanas too.

And, you’ll be well fed and watered during your time in the spa too, with nourishing wraps and smoothies on hand, such is the focus not just on rejuvenating your skin but strengthening your body’s natural defences too. A refreshing dip in the pool and a relax in the hydro pool – or some time in the Technogym-stocked fitness suite – is the perfect way to wind up your pampering.
