BOOK With the Easter holidays looming, the calendar is filled with plenty of activities. We’re particularly looking forward to: Little Night at Unicorn Theatre (which always puts on such great shows for kids) and The Lion Inside at Queen Elizabeth Hall; plus Doodle Day inspired by Tim Burton at the Design Museum and the Easter trail at Chelsea Physic Garden. VISIT Hampton Court for the Lindt Gold Bunny Hunt, a super day out with the whole family. WEAR My daughter insists on only wearing dresses, and we are both really enjoying the spring collection from Lallie London. This pink linen dress and very pretty bubblegum-striped dress are being worn on repeat. BUY I’ve just been introduced to Baker Ross which is a dream online destination for kids who love arts and crafts. DECORATE I’ve discovered these very sweet bouclé-style little chairs for a small playroom we have created. Etsy has a basket-load of favourites including these wardrobe knobs (and so much more) on my wishlist.

USE We’re off to the sun during the school holidays for a two-centre trip to Mauritius and a safari, so I’m packing plenty of sun cream. I opt for Bondi Sands range because it’s super long lasting and waterproof. Great for long sunny days on the beach and in the bush. SIGN UP For a fun but ethical activity for your children at The Chillie Kids Club. Created by two mums, their workshops are designed to teach kids about sustainability by focusing on skills like sewing and cutting fabrics to upcycle clothes. They run sessions across London. BUY Super cute kid’s sunglasses from the new IZIPIZI x Bonpoint collection. Such cool shapes and colours. SHOP At the new Tiba + Marl store in Notting Hill. The brand’s first standalone store also offers a great personal shopping service. CREATE LEGO fans will love the Creativity Workshop series that is launching just in time for the school holidays, offering in-store and online workshops aimed at igniting the imaginations in young creators aged six to 12. ENJOY An Easter egg hunt. I’ll be scattering tons of these little Lindt eggs across the garden for my lot to search for. WEAR The new collection from La Coqueta and Hill House Home, is just so pretty. With smocked dresses and adorable little sets in traditional floral prints and classic styles, it’s perfect for special-occasion dressing this spring and summer.

STAY We recently stayed at Lucknam Park – a quintessentially English Palladian manor house in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside. A spoiling staycation for adults (the spa is truly exceptional), it’s also perfect for family country pursuits, from horseback riding at the on-site equestrian centre, to duck herding and clay-pigeon shooting. EAT Book a babysitter and dine at Restaurant Hywel Jones, who are celebrating 20 consecutive years of having a Michelin Star – date night just went up a notch. WEAR I recently discovered Chantelle’s stretch lace bra and it is hands-down the most comfortable bra I own, I can’t recommend it enough for underneath simple, everyday outfits. BUY I’m eyeing up everything at Ando Stores, including these lemon stripe trousers, for my son’s summer wardrobe. TREAT Myself! I’ve recently discovered K18 haircare and it’s a game changer for my bleach-damaged hair. Its clever use of bioactive peptides literally restores your hair back to good health.

VISIT We’re taking our son to the Paddington Bear Experience, an immersive world where you meet characters from the film, play games and eat marmalade sandwiches. I’ve heard great things about it from every parent whose taken their kids. BUY I have had more compliments on these striped shorts that my little one wore on our recent holiday than anything I have ever worn. So cute. DO Our boy is obsessed with boats at the moment so we’re taking him punting while on the next visit to see his grandparents in Canterbury. It’s a short 35-minute trip up the River Stour through the very pretty Westgate Gardens and onwards to the meadows just outside of the city. READ With Earth Day coming up, I recently bought Frances Stickley’s Love, The Earth, which is told from the perspective of Earth itself. The illustrations are beautiful and it’s a very soft introduction the climate crisis. BOOK It’s our son’s second birthday this month, so we have hired an adult-sized costume of his favourite TV character Bing. The rabbit himself will make an appearance at his birthday party (kindly modelled by a very generous spirit uncle) – no one knows what the reaction will be but we hope for the best.

WEAR Smock London and Memo Press have the cutest collaboration: a beautiful Alice Edwards-designed print across stationary and dresses. I have one for me, and one for each of my two daughters. I cannot wait to float around in these when the weather gets better. READ My daughters have discovered these lovely new books Unruly Julie and Clever Trevor in the Silly Kids series. They love reading these in the back of the car and (unsurprisingly) my three-year-old loves Unruly Julie! WATCH Swan Lake at The Peacock Theatre. My three-year-old is ballet obsessed and I cannot wait to take her to her first ballet. Specially designed by the English National Ballet to introduce children to the dance, it’s the perfect day out for us. BUY This little addition has made bath times very fun and is irresistible to play with. DREAM I recently discovered Cap Karoso hotel in Sumba, Indonesia and can now think of nowhere else. Beautifully designed with the natural landscape at its heart, this is a wonderful destination for families and gives a whole new meaning to getting away from it all. I’d love to travel there with my girls some day.
