An extra day off really feels like it should be a permanent addition to the work week. With that said, we have plenty of ways to elevate your free time, looking and feeling good.
Its time to capture that special moment in a forever-piece of jewellery, so why not take some time to make your personal creation; slip on these chic ballerina pumps and head over to this restaurant to indulge in a coupe of the most sensational pistachio ice cream; and if summer plans are on the agenda (undoubtedly Greece is up there), set your sights on this five-star property on Paros‘ sun-drenched shores. This is what we’re loving in this week’s Citizen Femme hotlist.

Tozi in London’s Victoria might not be new to the restaurant scene, but this excellent Italian restaurant has flown under the radar for too long. This airy, high-ceilinged space serves cicchetti, Venetian small plates designed to be shared in a relaxed setting. While there’s no shortage of Italian dining destinations in the capital, Tozi deserves to be given priority. Its menu is peppered with culinary pleasures made with high quality ingredients – yellowtail carpaccio made with olives and sun dried tomatoes, a deliciously fresh salad starring asparagus, truffle and quail eggs and an indulgent pillowy ricotta-stuffed ravioli covered in butter and truffle. If you want to double the size of your pasta, then you can do so for an added price. Italian purists will moan at Tozi’s signature dessert – a glass of pistachio ice cream, but they’d be wrong; it’s divine. A lot of thought has gone into creating a menu where every dish feels tempting. Make sure you ask your waiter for recommendations; they know their stuff and impart knowledge with genuine enthusiasm and charm. Wine is equally good. Each month Tozi highlights different varieties from specific regions of Italy – in April, the focus is wine from Campania. Come for a feast or for an elevated light bite before your train. Either way, you won’t regret it. – Ella Alexander.
