From pop‑ups and beauty refreshes to immersive TV evenings and one‑off spectacular dinners—September is heating up (and yes, cooling down).

Whether you’re already dreaming of Christmas table settings and personal wishlists, booking in that weekly glow‑boosting facial, or cancelling plans just so you can binge the travel show everyone’s buzzing about, this week has us wild for all the experiences. This is what we’re loving in this week’s Citizen Femme hotlist.

BOOK TICKETS The Art Car Boot Fair

The 2025 edition of The Art Car Boot Fair lands in Lewis Cubitt Square, King’s Cross this Saturday 20 September, bringing together over 120 artists for a riotous blend of visual art, comedy, performance and community spirit.  Under the theme “Comedy & the Comic!”, the fair features works by well‑known figures like Vic Reeves, Mr Doodle, Rankin, and many more, selling art at affordable “car‑boot” prices. Other artists appearing in-person include Pam Hogg, the legendary Scottish fashion designer who has created clothes for Debbie Harry, Siouxsie Sioux, Bjork, Rihanna, Naomi Campbell, Kate Moss and Lady Gaga in her one-of-a-kind five-decade career. Dion Kitson comes to the 2025 fair fresh from his Rue Britannia exhibition and a viral London Fashion Week jewellery collaboration. Expect comedy open mic spots, roaming female clowns, interactive performances like #RenaissanceSelfie, and lively stalls alongside food, drink, DJs, and pop‑ups. The event will be live from midday until 6pm, with cheaper late‑entry tickets, and turns free in the final hour — making it a perfect, dynamic way to spend a Saturday afternoon in London.

TREAT YOURSELF TO THIS CACI’s New Flex Facial

Lisa Franklin Clinic Privé is a cut above—tucked into a beautifully restored building in Knightsbridge. It’s also CACI’s London flagship and now holds CACI Advanced Clinic Status, meaning clients get access to the most up‑to‑date non‑invasive, high‑performance facial treatments. Lisa’s philosophy is simple but powerful: combine science (like microcurrent, LED, S.P.E.D Dual‑Action tech) with expert hands, luxury, and real care — no needles, no downtime. The results? Lifted, supple skin; visible reduction in fine lines; glowing radiance; and a clinic experience that feels more like indulgence than treatment. The new Flex Facial is high-tech with holistic, delivered by the revolutionary new CACI Synergy Flex system. Using LED light therapy and microcurrent to lift the jawline, plus Gua Sha microcurrent technology to contour and sculpt the face, it promotes lymphatic drainage, boosts circulation and reduces puffiness, concluding with a Microcurrent Energising Mask to re-energise and renew the skin for a radiant glowing complexion. Added to this, CACI’s new Prep & Glow system harnesses an oxygenating pod with LED‑and‑orbital abrasion to deeply cleanse, exfoliate, hydrate and plump, making it a perfect energiser for tired, dull, dry or congested skin and now the go‑to first step in every Flex facial. After one hour you’ll likely see sharper contours and glowing skin, and you’ll enjoy a clinic experience that feels more like indulgence than treatment.

EAT HERE HUMO

HUMO in Mayfair, the Michelin‑starred “wood‑fired” restaurant now led by Chef Robbie Jameson, is set to host a one‑night culinary spectacle this Wednesday 17 September, in collaboration with rising star Luke Ahearne (formerly of Lita London, soon to head up Motorino). Together they’ll fuse their shared love of smoke, fire and seasonal British produce — Jameson’s grill‑led precision meets Ahearne’s audacious creativity. Expect signature dishes like tostada with foie gras, veal sweetbread with corn over fire, aged turbot with autumn truffle and Amalfi lemon meringue pie, all cooked on HUMO’s dramatic four‑metre grill. It’s a rare chance to witness the symphony of two of London’s most exciting chefs pushing flavour boundaries together. This marks the first in a series of Four Hand collaborations at HUMO with the full lineup to be announced soon.
