H &M has teamed up with Perfect Moment in what will be the most desirable skiwear on the slopes this season.
The brand has long been loved by discerning skiers with an eye for style, including Alessandra Ambrosio, Priyanka Chopra and Miranda Kerr to name but a few. Established in Chamonix in 1984 by extreme sports filmmaker and professional skier, Thierry Donard, it was taken over by British-Swiss couple Jane and Max Gottschalk in 2010 who turned it into a fashion favourite. Its recognisable retro-inspired silhouettes and technical excellence make it one of luxury’s most popular skiwear brands.
“We’ve loved translating our distinct brand DNA into a perfect Après-Ski capsule for H&M,” says Jane Gottschalk. “Working with the teams in Stockholm has been a highlight – moments to remember for sure. I can’t wait to see our joint community of Moment Makers now bring it all to life.”
The H&M x Perfect Moment après-ski collection features 28 pieces that fuse fashion-led design, functionality and accessible prices. Its famed slogan knit roll-necks are available at £74.99, rather than its standard £350, and ski jackets at £279.99 as opposed to its high-end version on Net-A-Porter for £1,095. You’ll find Perfect Moment’s signature eye-catching prints, and black, white and silver colour palette, as well as its glamorous, vintage-esque shapes.
Highlights include a burgundy faux fur puffer jacket with a hood that hits just above the hips, leather trousers in a deep wine colour, and the intarsia-knit snow jumper perfect for cosy evenings in your chalet. We’re also fans of the merino wool trousers, featuring a wide, elasticated waistband showcasing the brand’s signature star motif. The accessories are also strong, including a mohair-blend star scarf in ice blue, and a striped, ribbed balaclava.
