As we begin to wrap up another extraordinary year, I find myself reflecting on just how much of the world we have journeyed together.
From the tear-drop shaped magical Philippines island of Siargao to India’s greatest monument of love, from the oldest (and arguably finest) wine region in the world to China’s mountainous sanctuaries, from slow travel in Spain’s vibrant capital Madrid to the red sandstone cliffs of AlUla – 2025 has been a year of rediscovery and awe.
Thank you for your curiosity, your wanderlust, and your willingness to dream beyond borders. Because of you, Citizen Femme is more than a collection of destinations — it’s a living chronicle of journeys and human connections, turning our magazine into a community; a global family of wanderers.
This year, “community” has meant everything to us, and how we want to continue into 2026. We connected with the wonderful mothers at children’s club Jaego’s House, collaborating with Scott Dunn to talk about family travel – what to do, how to do it (stress-free) and where to go. We honoured International Women’s Day with the community at The Ivy Club with an powerhouse line up of speakers including Daisy Knatchbull of Knatchbull, Sara Bowcutt of Women for Women, Julia Baumhoff Zaouk of The White Cube, Virginia Seymour of Aligne. We took an incredible community of tastemakers on the ultimate bucketlist trip to Puerto Rico. Our first ever Passport To.. Travel Summit took place with AllBright, a huge success with over 250 brilliant women, consumer shaping conversations, and immersive experiences! (Watch this space for 2026). We hopped across to Istanbul for a cultural weekend with Misela. We celebrated Diwali with Sujan. We even got to know some of the charismatic women of Puerto Rico seeing the destination through their eyes (watch here). And so much more.
This coming year, we are looking forward to diving more into solo and family travel, weddings, culinary exploration, cruising, art and traditions. Plus, we have plenty more events planned globally, so we invite you on the next Citizen Femme chapter, which promises new paths, fresh perspectives, and stories waiting to be discovered.
