5 Treatments Our Beauty Director Wants You To Know About In 2026

Looking for tweakments that are actually worth your time and money? Our beauty director reveals five of the best treatments for 2026…

As a beauty journalist, I’m lucky enough for it to be part of my job to try and give my opinion on the latest beauty treatments, and to have a network of experts who also report back on the very best things they’ve tried. But, often between testing the latest hyped-up ‘glowing skin perfecter’ and returning to experts I really trust, only a handful of treatments – be they pampering massages or more advanced injectables – actually stand out.

In 2026, in particular, I’d suggest keeping an eye on the beginner-friendly tweakment category. This group of results-driven treatments extend beyond face-cleaning facials but don’t have the side effects or healing process of cosmetic surgery. They are also shifting away from instant fixes and obvious changes (such as frozen foreheads and duck-inspired lips) to a focus towards longevity and more importantly looking genuinely ‘really well’ not ‘done’. That’s perfect for anyone who wants their skin to look smoother, brighter and altogether more ‘put together’, while still dipping a rather tentative toe into the busy world of advanced treatments.

With that in mind, these are the five best treatments for 2026 I’d book without hesitation – not just for the results, but for the experience, the expertise behind them and the way they make you feel long after you’ve left the treatment room.

The 'Your Skin But Better' Injectable

Profhilo and other ‘injectable moisturisers’ were the ‘it girls’ of injectables in previous years. But, for 2026, it’s time for the next generation: the collagen-boosting injectable. Jalupro is one of those injection-based treatments leading the charge with its ability to provide that ‘I woke up like this’ freshness. When injected just under the skin, it contains both hydrating hyaluronic acid and, more significantly, key amino acids that your skin needs to help repair itself. This means you can achieve not just a boost of glow-increasing moisture but smoother skin too, through the stimulation of collagen production in your skin cells. The result: a full facial refresh without any need for Botox or dermal filler. It’s not about changing your face, it’s about making your skin the healthiest-looking it’s ever been, with preventative benefits too, so you age really well over the years.

The best treatments for 2026 are targeted yet gentle tweaks that get to the source of your concerns – whether they be wrinkles, pigmentation or redness – in a flash.

The Pampering Skin Reviver: Rexonage

When not one, not two, but about five beauty editors recommend a treatment in quick succession you should sit up and take notice. That’s exactly the case with Rexonage, especially if you have skin that’s reactive, red, or just a bit frazzled. Best of all, it is one of the first energy-based devices to deliver significant skin-boosting results without causing any injury to your skin. That means no stinging, irritation, or hiding at home for over a week with red face post-treatment. In fact, it feels more like a relaxing facial massage (so quite the treat!). Your skin will look seriously calmer, smoother and more radiant too (especially after a course of treatments), courtesy of quantum molecular resonance, a futuristic-sounding technology that – in simple terms – uses electrical signals that are powerful enough to ‘shake’ your cells. This kickstarts your skin’s repair mode, helping directly decrease inflammation and stimulate skin-firming collagen production.

The Face Lifting injectable: Galderma Sculptra

Galderma’s Sculptra doesn’t just target one aspect of facial ageing – it targets the “three Ds”: descent (aka sagging), degradation (aka poorer skin quality), and deflation (lost volume), and all with super natural-looking results. Perfect for temples, cheeks, jawlines, and jowls, which tend to annoyingly soften over time, the collagen-boosting injectable works because, when injected deep into the skin, its active ingredient, poly-L-lactic acid, stimulates collagen and elastin production, thickening the deeper layers of your skin and gradually firming and lifting your face. It’s a particularly good alternative to dermal fillers for anyone who wants to gently reverse lost definition without any risk of an obviously ‘done’ look and the results – while beautifully subtle – are instantly apparent when you do a ‘pinch test’ after your course of treatments. Your skin will feel so much more bouncy and firm than before. And, while the transformation is ‘you look so well’ subtle, it’s long-lasting (unlike many skin boosters). Your skin glow and jawline definition can last up to two years.

Improving your skin’s quality is a key focus for the most exciting treatments in 2026 as these can help you wake up looking instantly refreshed without an obvious ‘had a tweakment’ finish.

The Light Therapy Health Boost: Rainbow Reset

In 2026, treatments aren’t just about your face and body anymore – they’re helping supercharge our minds too. The Rainbow Reset taps into this shift perfectly and is exactly what many of us probably need after the busy festive period; it works to boost your energy, reduce stress fatigue and gives you that unmistakable feeling of being properly ‘reset’. Simply lie back on the treatment bed for 15-30 minutes, while lights gently dance across your body. The protocol combines Erchonia’s fat-busting green Emerald laser with red and violet light technologies, delivering a super-fast and completely pain-free treatment experience that supports both your skin and your overall wellbeing. Each colour works its magic in a different way too: red light boosts cellular energy and helps shake off fatigue, green light calms inflammation and restores balance, while violet light supports brain and immune pathways. That’s exactly what anyone hoping for better mental fortitude in 2026 could wish for.

The 'Salmon Sperm' Facial: Plinest Eye

If, like me, even one bad night’s sleep seems to instantly show up as dark circles under your eyes, then polynucleotides are your must-try treatment in 2026. Specifically, look for practitioners who offer leading brands such as Plinest Eye and Nucleofill. You may have heard them referenced as the more grossly named ‘salmon sperm facial’ because the treatment uses a sprinkling of injections of salmon sperm DNA (that’s been totally purified, promise!) to kickstart your body’s own regenerative processes. You do have to grin and bear the needles, but it’s brilliant for under the eyes because it doesn’t make you look puffy or overfilled. Instead, the tweak gradually improves your skin’s quality to soften fine lines, improve uneven texture and brighten in one fell swoop. It’s the wake-up call all busy women probably want (and need).

A final piece of advice: finding the right practitioner is just as important as choosing the best treatment for you! Do your research and don’t rush to book before meeting them for a consultation.
