This Week CF Loves: 23.03.26

In this week’s Citizen Femme hotlist, we’re leaning into the kind of energy that feels both expansive and effortless – the promise of longer days, lighter moods, and a wardrobe built for simply getting out and about.

Outerwear takes centre stage: those perfectly cut layers that pull everything together, whether you’re crossing the city or chasing the last of the afternoon sun. And beyond the wardrobe, our minds are drifting further afield – to to a London wellness experience where science and sensation intertwine, and to a taste of Thailand tucked into the heart of London. It’s a week of feeling good, dressing with intention, and following wherever the mood, and the moment, leads.

VISIT THIS Feel the Frequency, Westfield London

This week, Westfield London invites you to swap retail therapy for a full-body reset with Feel the Frequency – a free, immersive wellness experience running from 25 March to 4 April. Set within The Village’s newly elevated luxury wellbeing space, the multi-sensory “sensorium” blends science with indulgence, offering everything from silent discos and crystal sound baths to breathwork sessions and neuroscience-led talks on PMS and endometriosis. Guests begin with a personalised mood quiz before sipping bespoke functional drinks at the Mood Apothecary (by Gillian Anderson’s G Spot), then drift between calming meditation, high-energy mindful movement with SANCTUM, and cutting-edge neurostimulation experiences at the Synapse Spa. Think of it as a chic, science-backed sanctuary in the heart of London where you can dance, detox your mind, and leave with a smarter understanding of your body, plus a glow that lasts long after checkout.

Think of it as guilt-free retail therapy at its chicest: one part treasure hunt, one part sisterhood celebration, and entirely brilliant for refreshing your wardrobe while doing genuine good. EAT HERE Nipa Thai London

Nipa Thai has a legendary reputation in London as one of the best places for Thai cuisine. One of only a handful of independent restaurants to be given a Select Award by the Thai government, the food is created by an all-female, all-Thai kitchen, led by Head Chef Sanguan Parr and Restaurant Manager Kaseam Jongpitakrat, both of whom have both worked there for over 25 years. Its West London location – within the elegant, five-star Royal Lancaster Hotel – is unassuming, and the first-floor setting means diners have beautiful views of the treetops of Hyde Park. This is high-end fare, but well worth it – everything down to the peppery prawn crackers is an authentic taste of Thailand minus the flight. The green curry is spicy and fragrant with a deep, rich texture, and the fiery stir-fried prawns with Jinda chillies and basil leaves are aromatic and flavourful. Don’t overlook the salad – the Yum Nuea, a masterful balance of grilled rib-eye beef, cucumber, Chai Thai leaves, and Jinda chillies, is nothing short of perfect. Each dish is impeccably presented; even the mango sorbet comes decorated with petals. For a special occasion where only the best Thai food will do, Nipa Thai is your best bet. – Ella Alexander

ADD THIS TO YOUR DAILY WARDROBE Now You Live

As the days stretch longer and the light finally shifts, there’s no better time to take your workout outdoors, and this season, it’s about feel-good movement. Enter Now You Live, the quietly cool brand redefining everyday comfort, perfectly merging the line between activewear and everyday dressing. The tightly edited range are as considered as they are comfortable. Think softly structured cotton sweats, sculptural half-zips and featherlight knits, all with sculpted leggings and supportive sports bras to breathable T-shirts, lightweight jackets, and versatile shorts, in a very attractive palette of whisper-soft neutrals, pieces that feel quietly luxurious rather than overtly sporty. The beauty lies in the tailoring: relaxed, but never sloppy; fluid, yet still polished enough to carry you from a morning walk to an impromptu lunch to park Pilates. Plus, the look is completed with sleek, minimal sneakers that strike that elusive balance between function and style, cushioned, lightweight and designed to complement rather than compete with the outfit. It’s this effortless duality that defines this new range of active loungewear – clothing designed not just for comfort, but for living in. Because right now, fitness isn’t just about the gym, it’s about stepping outside, feeling the air on your skin, and wearing something that makes you want to stay out just a little longer.

VISIT THIS 45 Park Lane's Indüstria – Glamour and Graphic Imagination

For a culture fix with just the right amount of fashion pedigree, slip into 45 Park Lane, where the Dorchester Collection’s latest exhibition feels less like a gallery visit and more like a very well-dressed detour. On show until April 26, Indüstria – Glamour and Graphic Imagination brings together the high-gloss, high-attitude world of photographer Brad Branson and Dutch model-artist Fritz Kok—an era-defining duo whose work blurred the lines between photography, graphic design and collage. Wander through the hotel’s public spaces and you’ll find a roll call of cultural icons—Vivienne Westwood, Boy George, Linda Evangelista, Jean-Michel Basquiat—reimagined in surreal, graphic compositions that capture the collision of 1980s glamour and underground excess. The best part? It’s entirely effortless—no tickets, no fuss. Just drop in, drift through, and emerge feeling like you’ve brushed up against a particularly stylish slice of London’s cultural past.
