This Week CF Loves: 18.05.26

Female founders taking the stage, Chelsea in full bloom, the summer wardrobe accessory you didn’t know you needed, and a West London spa that’s rewriting the rules of urban wellness.

This is what we’re loving in this week’s Citizen Femme hotlist.

ENTREPRENEURS BOOK THIS Female Founders Rise | First-Ever Live Show

If you’ve been listening to the Female Founders Rise podcast and wishing you could pull up a chair in the room, now you can. Tomorrow, Tuesday 19th May, founders Emmie Faust and Mae Yip bring their show to life for the very first time at The Fable by Drake & Morgan — a proudly female-founded venue from Jillian MacLean MBE, just a short walk from Farringdon. The theme? Honest Talks & Growth Tactics for Female Founders, and if that sounds like exactly what you need to hear right now, you’re not alone. As ever, every episode ends with three actionable takeaways, the kind you’ll be scribbling on a napkin and texting to your business partner the moment you leave. With a welcome spritz included and a post-show networking session to close, it’s the most worthwhile £24 you’ll spend this month.

ENJOY THIS TEA Petersham Nurseries, Chelsea Flower Show

It wouldn’t be May without Petersham Nurseries doing something impossibly beautiful, and this year they have – as expected – delivered. The beloved Richmond institution is exhibiting The Conservatory at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show (19th–23rd May), and back at base, their Floral Afternoon Tea is running every Thursday to Sunday throughout the month — £65 per person, or £70 with a glass of Prosecco, with a children’s menu available too. But the moment we’re most excited about? The K-Way x Petersham Nurseries launch tomorrow, Tuesday 19th May, when a floral installation and capsule collection land simultaneously, and select guests will be handed bouquets in store on the day. If that’s not reason enough to make the trip to Richmond, we don’t know what is.

ENJOY A NIGHT HERE Vocalé Mayfair, Ristorante Frescobaldi

If your idea of a perfect meal involves a side of showstopping vocals and a full-room rendition of Dancing Queen, Vocalé Mayfair is about to become your new obsession. Just opened at the stunning Ristorante Frescobaldi, this immersive dining experience fuses Tuscan-inspired cuisine with West End–level entertainment, as roaming live performers weave through the room igniting singalongs to anthems including Bella Ciao and Freed From Desire. Guests are not just welcomed to join in, they’re encouraged to sing, clap and dance their way through the meal, making it as much a performance as a dining experience. Whether you’re planning a leisurely weekend brunch (running every Saturday and Sunday and perfectly suited for all ages) or looking to turn up the heat at Vocalé Mayfair The Party, a high-energy Saturday evening dinner, there’s a format for every mood. A seriously memorable splurge in the heart of Mayfair.

THE COLLAB YOU NEED TO BUY Missoma X Jimmy Fairly

Missoma and Jimmy Fairly just made the most stylish decision of 2026. London meets Paris, jewellery meets eyewear, resulting in the 8-piece limited-edition sunshine duo we’ll be wearing on repeat from festival fields to holiday terraces. Launched last week, Jimmy Fairly’s cult Meli cat-eye and Elvie oval silhouettes get a full Missoma makeover with sculptural molten metals, dreamy Pearl Baya detailing and colourways ranging from classic black and gold to tortoiseshell, silver and cherry – finished off with the most covetable pearl and beaded sunglasses chains we’ve ever seen. If Bella Hadid has been doubling up on both brands for years, consider this the sign you needed to do the same. Limited edition, two icons, one very good idea.

SELF-CARE HERE  Sæl Spa, Fulham Pier

There’s a new address about to change how Londoners think about their wellbeing routine, and it sits right on the banks of the Thames. Sæl Spa, the name taken from the Old English for calm, happy, or blessed, opens at Fulham Pier, and it is one of the most considered wellness spaces the capital has seen in a long time. Spread across four light-filled floors, it offers a 15-metre heated rooftop infinity pool with sweeping river views, a Finnish dry sauna, botanical steam room, contrast therapy suites with infrared sauna and cold plunge, and a dedicated Recovery Lounge featuring BON CHARGE™ red light and PEMF technology alongside IV infusions, compression therapy and vibro-acoustic relaxation beds. For those who want to go deeper, clinical diagnostics through 3 Peaks Health, including blood analysis and microbiome mapping, are available alongside treatment rooms stocked with Omorovicza, BIOEFFECT and Wildsmith Skin. Longevity programming was shaped with Inge Theron of FaceGym; movement runs from reformer Pilates to breathwork and sound-based recovery. The architecture is designed to support circadian rhythm alignment, and the all-day café, Pantri, keeps the nutrient-dense momentum going. We’ll see you on the rooftop!
