June is here and, sun or no sun (because, who really knows), this is everything the Citizen Femme team has planned this month – including new restaurants to try, products to buy, books to read, and events to attend, these are the best things to do in June 2026.
Some of the big events to book this month include Taste of London from 17-21 June, and Royal Ascot from 16-20 June (here’s some inspiration for race day dressing to get you started for the latter). Elsewhere, we’re coveting al fresco terraces, open-air cinema, laser treatments and red-light therapy, brand-new exhibitions spotlighting Marilyn Monroe and Frieda Kahlo, capri pants, ballet heels – and so much more – and we’re visiting Monaco, Dallas, Greece, Bath and Yorkshire.
These are the best things to do, see, eat and buy in June 2026.

DRINK At Angelica’s Terrace at The Newman hotel, our new office neighbour. Post-office drinks and cocktail-inspired sorbets, now we’re talking. DO As a forever Dr David Jack fan, I’m very excited to try the Nano Lift Collagen Treatment, the perfect antidote to my weary skin. Lifted, hydrated, healthy skin? Yes please. USE AT HOME I’m very much into red light therapy at the moment (using my LYMA of course). And I’ve discovered FLOWLIFE. I’m looking forward to trying the Flowpillow for ongoing neck pain. Magic! VISIT I loved going to Masterpiece, and it’s back again this month, now called Treasure House Fair. A very elegant day out at the Royal Hospital Chelsea moseying through some stunning art and antique dealer exhibits. LISTEN I’m deeply into Billionaire For Sale on Audible (ideal on train journeys or when I’m stuck in traffic). Next up I’m listening to a recommendation called The 80/20 Principle. More to come!

TRAVEL To Bath, onboard Belmond’s British Pullman’s just-launched carriage, Celia, designed by Baz Luhrmann and Catherine Martin. My journey is to celebrate the launch of a new luxury travel consultancy, called Séntire. EAT At Taste of London, which runs from 17-21 June this year. I’m particularly looking forward to tasting dishes from DakaDaka, Afghan Caravan and Pahli Hill Bandra Bhai (the last one as I used to live close to the actual Pali Hill in the Bandra area of Mumbai). WATCH Open air movies (tis the season!) starting with Rooftop Cinema Club’s screening of The Great Gatsby at Bussey Rooftop Bar in Peckham. SEE Marilyn Monroe: A Portrait at the National Portrait Gallery; it’s celebrating what would have been her 100th birthday through portraits created by some of the great photographers and artists of the last century, including Andy Warhol, Marlene Dumas, Cecil Beaton and Richard Avedon. VISIT Norwich (the city I was born in) for a dear friend’s birthday celebration. The Bodyguard is showing at the city’s Theatre Royal for one week only (22-27 June), so I’m also eyeing up tickets to watch it.

STAY At 7Pines Resort Ibiza to get a first look at the revitalised The Pure Seven Spa, which now specialises in longevity rituals, including a whole-body cryotherapy chamber, red-light therapy, epignetic coaching and Ayurvedic treatments. That makes it the perfect place to rest and unwind, regardless of whether you are planning on enjoying the start of the island’s party season. RUN The inaugural North Yorks Ultra Challenge, which means a return to one of my favourite places in England (despite it being so hilly!), and the area where my dad grew up. EAT I’ll also be treating myself to some gluten-free fish and chips from The Magpie in Whitby to get me through the race, because it’s truly worth running 50K for. TRY Hair + Me’s award-winning bespoke hair-boosting prescription that can help with hair thinning and overall hair quality. I feel I’ve rather neglected my hair of late so really want to give it some results-driven TLC. LISTEN To comedian Romesh Ranganathan’s self-titled podcast. I stumbled across his extremely entertaining chat with Louis Theroux on Spotify and I’ve definitely found my new easy-listening option for my cycle to work.Â

TRAVEL To the Cote d’Azur for a couple of days ahead of the Monaco Grand Prix – and to experience some of the concierge perks that come with being a VistaJet Private World member. Flying in a private jet will certainly be a real ‘pinch me’ moment. As will meeting Charles Leclerc…as an avid Formula 1 follower, my husband is practically green with envy. TRAVEL Lots of trips to Heathrow airport have seen chauffeur service Wheely come into its own. Available on demand and with a glossy fleet of luxury cars, it makes getting from A to B feel like the start of a holiday. GO I’m headed to Royal Ascot with friends this month and I’ll be looking to centuries-old milliner Lock & Co Hatters again this year for my hat. Last time I went to the races, I wore this beret with daisy studded netting and it’s without a doubt the prettiest hat I’ve ever worn. PAMPER I’m forever on a quest to reverse the sun damage caused from too many years of not wearing high factor on my face. I recently tried Moxi Laser treatment for the first time at The Clinic by Dr. Maryam Zamani (who also happens to be incredibly chic), and I’m blown away by the results after just one session. I only wish I’d booked in sooner! It’s an investment, but worth it if, like me, you suffer with stubborn pigmentation. EAT A date night is needed, and as a nice Father’s Day treat I want to take my husband somewhere with a good vibe – I’ve only heard great things about the food, atmosphere and the playlist at Dover Street Counter.

TRY I was lucky enough to try yoga at the Natural History Museum’s jaw-dropping Hintze Hall last month, and haven’t stopped talking about it since. Led by East of Eden wellness hub, the classes take place once a month – it’s a truly unique, special setting to find your inner zen. BUY I’m a big fan of Cecilie Bahnsen’s romantic, modern dresses so will be snapping up one of the dresses (and maybe one of these sweet tops), from her excellent Uniqlo collaboration, out now. SHOP Smock London does the prettiest, most timeless summer dresses, all with handmade smocking and it’s opening a London pop-up at 340 Kings Road from 6-17 June. You’ll find its latest collection alongside a curated edit of female-led brands, such as St. Clair and Herd. I’ll see you there. WATCH The Sleeping Beauty at the Royal Albert Hall, which opens on Thursday 25 June. Guests staying at the neighbouring Milestone Hotel have access to preferential rates and once-in-a-lifetime backstage tours.

ATTEND A class at British Airways Holidays Cook School during London’s biggest food festival: superstar chefs will lead 30-minute masterclasses celebrating the food, culture and spirit of the Caribbean islands. WATCH Every Year After on Prime Video, premiering 10 June. Based on Carley Fortune’s bestselling novel Every Summer After, it’s the perfect summer watch. I loved the book, and if the adaptation captures even half of its nostalgia, romance and lakeside charm, I’m sure I’ll be hooked. VISIT Branding Britain at the Museum of Brands. Opening from 4 June, this exhibition explores Britain’s long-standing relationship with some of its most iconic brands, from Marmite and Cadbury to the products and packaging that have shaped everyday life. As someone who works in design, this is firmly on my list. BUY The limited-edition Floozie Summer Cookie Box. The seasonal selection includes six cookies with yummy flavours like Banana Brownie Batter, Coconut & Cacao Nib, and Brown Butter, Sourdough & Guava Jam.

STAY I’m heading back to Dallas this month. My parents used to live there, so I’m looking forward to staying at our family friends’ ranch and celebrating with a classic Texas cookout and pool party. WATCH We’ve got tickets to England’s opening FIFA World Cup match against Croatia, which will be one of the highlights of the trip. EAT You can’t visit Dallas without making the short trip to Fort Worth for dinner at the legendary Joe T. Garcia’s. Their chips and queso, fajitas, and famously strong margaritas are hard to beat. READ Pleasure by Emma-Louise Boynton. Part memoir, part cultural investigation, the book follows Emma’s journey from struggling to orgasm to rebuilding her relationship with sex, desire and intimacy. BOOK The Canal x Corin Schmid dinner. After my trip to Zurich last month, I can’t get enough of the city’s incredible food scene and Corin Schmid is bringing her contemporary take on Swiss cooking to London for one-night-only.

SEE Having missed out on the ever-popular Frida Kahlo Museum in Mexico City earlier this year, I feel like it’s serendipity that Frida: The Making of an Icon is coming to Tate Modern this month. Opening its doors on 25 June, the exhibition will look at Kahlo’s work and influence on generations of artists, showcasing over 30 of the artist’s most iconic works. TRAVEL I’m just about halfway through my week-long Grecian adventure, with a stay at the newly opened Ikos Kissamos in Crete. Next up is Gundari in Folegandros by way of a solo sleepover at the JW Marriott Resort & Spa and a long lunch at Andronis in Santorini, where I’m writing this from (yassas!). Next up is a rail trip to Scotland for a stay at the much-talked-about Gleneagles. We’ve got cold-water dips and hikes on the agenda, and I’m looking forward to leafing through LHW’s slick, new coffee table book Explore. BUY For my upcoming #eurosummer travels, I have my eye on a few variations of the capri pants. I’m loving this Gingham pair from Reformation – they feel very French Riviera from the 60s golden era; or this low-rise style from Weekday for an edgier, Y2K look. These ballet heels from Massimo Dutti have me dreaming of a weekend jaunt to Paris.
