Elizabeth Heath

Elizabeth Heath was born in Missouri, USA, grew up on the Gulf Coast of Florida and now calls Italy her home. She lives in rural Umbria, amid olive groves and grapevines, but is just a short train ride away from Rome, Florence and the rest of Italy. Liz loves planning adventures with her family, exploring archaeological sites, going to the gym, cooking non-Italian food for her Italian guests, and partaking in her favourite dolce vita ritual, aperitivo hour. Among her favourite places: the wild beaches of Sardinia’s Golfo di Orosei, England’s Lake District and California’s Big Sur. Dream destinations? The Dordogne, the Galapagos Islands and New Zealand.
