Amanda Copkov

Amanda Copkov has spent the last two years living abroad in Besançon, a tiny city in the east of France, though she will soon be relocating back to her roots in New York. When Amanda's not writing, she loves to scout out the next best coffee shop, go for long bike rides, and go to live concerts with friends across the state of New York and beyond. Her favorite places include but are not limited to the Dalmatian coast of Croatia, Porto, Prague, and just about anywhere in France. If she could pack up her bags and go wherever she wanted right this instant, Amanda would probably go to Thailand or some other East Asian islands — that, or the Caribbean — as long as there is some exploring and lounging around on the beach to be done.
