Membership Platform Co-Ordinator – starting ASAP

Citizen Femme is looking for a Membership Platform Co-ordinator to join the rapidly growing team. As part of the expansion, the publication is building a new membership platform, offering members VIP experiences, travel discounts, hotel upgrades and access to regular offers.

Duties & Responsibilities: The Membership Platform Co-ordinator is to liaise daily with the web management team based in India whilst based in the CF UK office, acting as a conduit for Citizen Femme to ensure the web team receive all required information from brands joining the platform, including logos, descriptions and offer details. Once the platform is fully functioning, this role requires ongoing liaison to address any member issues that may arise, responding to inquiries and provide support to members, and sharing these issues with the web team in India. An understanding and ability to speak the Hindi or Marathi language is preferred to the role to enable smooth communication.

The Membership Platform Co-ordinator is required to liaise with brands that have onboarded, ensuring that offers are up-to-date, constantly changing and seasonally relevant. They must also liaise with new introductions made by the Citizen Femme team in London with the aim of onboarding new brands with offers so it is constantly appealing to members, thereby growing the membership subscribers and repeat visitors to the site.

The Membership Platform Co-ordinator is to stay in touch with the web team on a daily basis, sending information of member-exclusive content, ensuring it is accessible and constantly up-to-date.
The Membership Platform Co-ordinator is to liaise with the web team to deliver monthly reports on membership platform performance so the London CF team can adapt brands and offers accordingly.
This role is crucial to the success of the membership model addition to the business and magazine, leading to a strategy building role to build the membership platform with the aim of creating this platform into a key revenue stream for the business.

Qualifications
Ability to communicate in Hindi or Marathi is preferred
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of online platforms particularly WordPress
Team-oriented as the role requires collaboration with other members of CF
Detail-oriented to maintain accurate membership records and ensure platform functionality
Understanding of the travel industry is beneficial
Ability to create presentations for monthly reports

Location + Hours
Central London office based
37 hour per week – 7.00am – 2.00pm Monday to Friday
