To launch the Black Label offering by Ruuby – the London fashion set’s go-to digital beauty concierge – Citizen Femme recently held an exclusive ‘beauty sleepover’ at The Berkeley Hotel.
With some of the capital’s most influential women in the room, all dressed in bespoke Asceno pyjamas (it was a sleepover, after all), guests were able to try Ruuby’s offerings, including LED facials, lymphatic drainage massage, and Bio-Sculpture Nails.
We also asked Venetia Archer, Founder and CEO of Ruuby, to reveal her pick of the best beauty treatments in London. Watch the video to go behind the scenes and discover the treatments, and read on to discover Venetia’s top beauty picks.

Available at Dr. David Jack’s newest clinic in Belgravia, the aesthetic therapist you need to see is Iris Maglanoc; she understands bone structure like no other. Trained in the prolific Korean Golki technique, this 45-minute facial is my first stop when I need to look lifted and sculpted pre-event. She utilises Golki massage techniques to drain any lymphatic, and lift the bones and skin of the face. It can be painful (and buccal massage – which involves the therapist massaging inside your mouth – is something to get used to), but the results speak for themselves. If I could go every week, I would. The treatment also includes a peel, an oxygenated face mask and LED.
Brazilian lymphatic drainage is having a moment – our volumes at Ruuby always spike dramatically pre and post-summer and, with the app, you can book a trained, expert masseuse to come to your home or hotel to deliver the treatment. Most booked individuals are Morgane and Elayne…if you can get an appointment. The relaxing treatment stimulates the natural drainage of lymph nodes, and eliminates waste and toxins from face and body. The before and after photos are something else.
I came across Koniver Wellness at 180 Strand when I was feeling drained and tired last year. Maybe it was long-Covid, maybe it was a baby (or a business), but I needed something more. I consulted with the team, and their IV selection was so much broader and considered than any others I’d found. I went for NAD+ and methylene blue and, after a few sessions truly noticed a difference. The setting is divine; its an oasis of calm. It doesn’t matter how long the drips take, I want to stay there all day.
This treatment by holistic practitioner Sarah Bradden is one of the most relaxing and calming treatments I have experienced in a long time. The experience is a 360-degree health and anti-ageing therapy that combines cosmetic acupuncture, acupressure massage and LED to lift, but also to restore. It’s finished with a series of ear seeds that are left on your ears to activate your acupressure points. It is truly magical, and I highly recommend a visit.
No London list would be complete without a hotel spa. While all are excellent in their own way, Claridge’s recently reopened their spa which pays homage to Japanese temples and Zen gardens in Kyoto. Book a half day, and enjoy the pool and a ‘bamboo and silk ritual’ treatment. It’s a 90-minute treatment that incorporates a foot ceremony with enzyme-rich koji, a body massage with warmed bamboo, and a silk facial. I haven’t experienced anything better.
