EAT I’m going to try out Canton Blue at The Peninsula London for their special Chinese New Year menu with pre-dinner cocktails in their Little Blue bar. DO While we’re just into February, January started with a bang. So, I feel like I’m already in need of some pampering. I’m calling on Ruuby for a little at-home indulgence. Massage and nails please! WATCH Sarah Snook (of Succession) in The Picture of Dorian Gray at Theatre Royal Haymarket as she takes on 26 roles in this Oscar Wilde adaptation. USE While I’m enjoying a cocktail this month, I’m also making sure I use the right kind of cocktail for my skincare routine. I’m really enjoying Tata Harper’s Crème Riche and Retinoic Nutrient Face Oil before bed, it’s an overnight sensation, literally. READ As part of my 2024 commitment to read more, on my February list is The Glass Castle by Jeannette Walls.

EAT I love discovering new plant-based chefs to follow on Instagram and Alfie Steiner’s Firecracker Ramen is a recipe I’l be making on repeat this month! BUY I’ve been swooning over this sage green Foxy Shearling Coat from Saks Potts for well over a year, and I think 2024 is the time to investWATCH EXPATS on Amazon Prime with Nicole Kidman. Set in Hong Kong, it depicts a multifaceted group of women and their connection to one life changing event, I’m hooked. TRY After months of gel on my nails leaving them a little sad, I had a Bio Sculpture manicure for the first time. The formula promises no damage to your natural nails which is a game changer. SEARCH I’ve now moved into my new home and hunting for the perfect mid century furniture. I’m regularly checking Vinterior for a lovely desk so I can have a home office set-up.

STAY I’m heading back to Dubai this month. I used to live in the city, so am looking forward to revisiting familiar places as well as exploring new ones. I’ll be spending time aboard the superyacht AK Royalty, as well as at The Lana, Dorchester Collection – a brand new hotel which opened on 1 February. TRY To shop my own wardrobe, specifically for summer clothes again for the mid-20ºC temperatures the UAE sees in February.  EAT I have a few days booked in Amsterdam this month, including dinner reservations at Cecconis at Soho House AmsterdamBUY I’m mulling over whether to invest in a digital notebook, to convert my hand-written scribbles into word documents or PDFs. If I do, I’ll probably go for a Supernote or a reMarkableREAD Not the End of the World: How We Can Be the First Generation to Build a Sustainable Planet by data scientist, Hannah Ritchie. Published in January 2024, it’s supposedly an optimistic view on what we can still do to help build a sustainable world.

STAY Within Europe for a city break that’s actually good for your skin. I’ve loved researching this piece that proves you can still see the sights without the negative side effects from traditional polluted metropolises. BUY Some black Mary Jane pumps for the office. After years of running around in heeled boots, my heart has been swayed by this embellished leather pair from Jimmy Choo. EAT At my new favourite vegetarian restaurant, Bubala in Soho. The atmosphere is great, the staff are super friendly, and the Middle Eastern small plate sharing-style food would easily convert a carnivore. VISIT Claridges for a breakfast treat. I recently discovered that they have some of the best gluten-free pastries on offer in the capital. TRY Reformer Pilates at Bodyism’s flagship studio in Notting Hill. It’s the strength and conditioning workout I need for my next half marathon.

STAY February half term means skiing for my family and we are off to picture-perfect Lech for a week on the slopes. I’ve never been before, but I love skiing – and Austria – so I can’t wait to stay in this beautiful resort. WEAR I love a new addition to my ski wardrobe and this year it will be a houndstooth merino turtleneck from Perfect Moment. I’ll also be popping my favourite La Mer lip balm in the pocket of my ski jacket for cold days in the mountainsSEE I’m very excited to see Sarah Jessica Parker in the Plaza Suite at the Savoy Theatre soon. It’s getting rave reviews. EAT We are headed to new Italian restaurant, The Dover in Mayfair for supper with friends later this month. BUY I am renovating a few bathrooms at the moment and have discovered the gorgeous glazed tiled from Ca’Pietra: there are so many pretty colours to choose from. USE I swear by Oribe hair products. Their hair oil is perfect for when my hair feels a little dry.

STAY I’m heading to Paris with my brother this month; it’s our favourite city. We’ll stay at Meliá Paris La Défense, our go-to hotel, for a quick weekend trip. EAT If you have as much of a sweet tooth as I do, the chocolate brioche French toast at Christopher’s is an absolute must-try. BUY With the cold weather, my skin tends to get dry, but this moisturising lotion from Clinique works wonders. It’s incredibly hydrating, instantly reviving my skin. WATCH Masters of the Air on Apple TV+ is my current obsession. Perfect for action lovers, it’s a gripping mini-series exploring the aerial wars of WWII, starring Austin Butler and Callum Turner. BOOK For Galentines this year, my friends and I are trying something new: a Vintage Cake Decorating Class booked with Class Bento.

TRY I’m very excited to have bespoke face and massage therapy with Beata Aleksandrowicz this month. Beata is an international expert on massage, healing and women’s wellbeing. Her sessions are highly sought after so I can’t wait to experience her treatments first hand. WATCH One Day on Netflixcoming out on 8 February. It was one of my favourite books so I’m really intrigued to watch Netflix’s adaptation of David Nicholls’ bestselling novel. I’ve got high expectations. WEAR I love seeing the collections that come out of London Fashion Week. This month I’m particularly excited about the Marques Almeida runway as there’s always such an amazing range of colours, puff hems and feathers across the collection. BUY I’ve always loved the casual-chic, French country look of the La Rochère bee stemmed wine glasses and have finally purchased some. Their versatility is perfect for entertaining. DRINK Bowl Grabber wine. I recently discovered this brand and it’s become my new favourite. The red is a particularly drinkable Primitivo from Puglia and the Crémant de Limoux is a delicious brut. As an added bonus, it’s also a brand committed to people and the planet.

VISIT The National Portrait Gallery for the Hockney Exhibition, but I always love wandering around the permanent exhibition too. BUY Marina Raphael and Swarovski Creators Lab have teamed up for a Valentine’s Day capsule. These are irresistibly sparkly bags that you will not be able to put down. LISTEN I’m currently obsessed with Diary of a CEO by Stephen Bartlett; my favourites right now are the episodes with Alain de Botton and Arthur C. Brooks – the so called Happiness Expert from Harvard. WEAR The heel of the season: kitten heels. I love these red slingbacks by Jennifer Chamandi, available exclusively at NET-A-PORTER. I also have my eye on a monochrome pair for spring.

VISIT carpo just opened their flagship store on Glasshouse Street in London; visit for floor-to-ceiling shelves of nuts, chocolates and fragrant coffee blends. The brand works with independent growers to ensure the finest and most flavoursome produce available, and it shows with every bite. Exclusive to this store are fresh ice creams and healthy Greek yoghurt bowls. STAY At 1 Hotel Mayfair; they unveiled their penthouse this month, the biggest (and arguably most elegant) penthouse in Mayfair. It carries the Scandi-chic, apartment-style atmosphere of the rest of the hotel right to the top floor. WATCH Disney recently released the new Cristóbal Balenciaga series. Top fashion critics have applauded the attention to detail so I can’t wait to see it for myself. READ Olivia Laing’s Funny Weather: Art In An Emergency. It’s been on my ‘to read’ list since its publication in 2020 so it’s about time I indulge in this informed discussion of the relationship between life and art. BUY I adore the timeless designs and quality of Lié Studio jewellery and have my eye on the chic Elly Bracelet in gold. When I find a new jewellery item I rarely take it off, and this one looks perfect for that.
